About AIM ASEAN

AIM ASEAN is a two-year regional initiative by the ASEAN Foundation, under the AI Opportunity Fund: Asia Pacific, in collaboration with AVPN and supported by Google.org and the Asian Development Bank. It aims to empower 100,000 MSMEs across all ten ASEAN Member States. Through practical, localised AI training, AIM ASEAN helps small business owners use digital tools to improve operations, expand markets, and build resilience. The programme also brings together policymakers and experts to strengthen the ecosystem that enables MSMEs to thrive in the digital age.
Launched in October 1, 2025, the AIM ASEAN Programme, implemented in Singapore by Project Asia Data (by BlackStorm Group), is designed to help Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) harness the power of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance productivity, marketing, and operations.

In-Person, 60 mins | Dates available (Batch 1): 18 Nov 2025 – 3 Feb 2026
Understand the ethical implications of AI and establish principles for responsible deployment.

Module 4: Key Considerations & Framework for Successful AI Deployment

Live (Recorded), 60 mins
Equip business owners with a framework to anticipate and mitigate broader risks associated with AI adoption.
AIM ASEAN Singapore - Batch 1

Participants who successfully complete all 4 modules will receive a “Certificate of Completion”.

Who should join?
Singapore-registered MSMEs (private limited company, sole proprietorship, partnership, LP, LLP and etc.) are welcome ; priority for entities with no prior participant in the programme.

An MSME is defined as having a Group revenue of up to S$100 million or a maximum employment size of 200 employees.

Fill the form.
Please provide the email you’ll use to log into the content portal at STARTUPVILLAGE. 

Step 2

Get confirmation with STARTUPVILLAGE portal access.
Within 3–5 working days. There’s no payment required. 

Step 3

Start Modules 1–2, attend live/physical sessions, get certified.
