Is it a must to have exit plan in mind when starting out a business?
Is it a must to have exit plan in mind when starting out a business? I think people in general don’t really want to retire completely but still be involved in meaningful work just maybe not as busy as they grow older past 50.
This is a question raised by an audience during a webinar on “Empowerment Of The Lady Warriors”. What are your thoughts on this?

Maybe it don’t have to be a complete Exit where you sell your business? It can be passing it down to someone else to run, or selling partial of the shares to another establishment.
Personally, I will want to do a full retirement if I can and adventure into other stuff but what I am doing is something that I enjoying a lot – helping companies to scale, identify the problems, the wrong path taken and simply get things done the proper ways. So I will love to blend it into day to day tasks, if possible.
